Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Loveter iOS application and the loveter.app website (together, the "Service"), provided by the Loveter team ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Loveter, you agree to these Terms.
1. License to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Loveter on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and these Terms.
2. No account required
Loveter does not currently require you to create an account. Any future account-based features will be governed by an update to these Terms, which we will present to you before you use them.
3. Content you enter
You are responsible for the names, dates, and other content you enter into Loveter or include in a shareable counter link. Don't enter content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to share (for example, do not create a public share link containing another person's information without their consent).
4. Shareable links (loveter.app/c)
Shareable counter links are publicly accessible to anyone who has the link — treat them like you would any other public link. We may, at our discretion, block or rate-limit access to links that we reasonably believe are abusive, illegal, or otherwise violate these Terms.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the app and website available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including specific features, at any time.
6. Intellectual property
Loveter's name, logo, illustrations, and other branding are owned by us and may not be used without our written permission, except as allowed under our Press Kit at loveter.app/press.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using Loveter at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
